Module: runner

Module contains the runner class that is used to run the workflow.

ExceptionThread

Bases: Thread

A class to run a thread that can catch exceptions.

Attributes:

exception	Optional[Exception]	The exception caught by the thread.

run()

A method to run the thread and catch exceptions.

Runner

A class to run the workflow.

Attributes:

Name	Type	Description
logger	Logger	Workflow engine logger.
workflows_configuration	Configuration	The configuration of the workflows.
workflow_name	str	The name of the workflow to run.
status_file	Optional[Path]	The path to the file where the statuses of the particular steps will be stored.
parameters	Dict[str, Any]	The parameters provided to the workflow from command line arguments.
__workflow_context	WorkflowContext	The context of the workflow.
